Welcome to Gigi’s online store! These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by Gigi via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Gigi offers high-quality jewelry designed to elevate your style. Our collections are curated with precision and care. Each product is described on our website with photos and details to give you a clear understanding of its look and quality. However, please note that slight variations in color and size may occur.
Article 4 – Prices
All prices on our website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout. Gigi reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, supplier pricing, or other economic factors. The price at the time of order is the final price, which will not be changed after an order is placed.
Article 5 – Orders and Contract Formation
1. When you place an order on Gigi’s website, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the products purchased and total cost. This confirmation serves as the contract between you and Gigi.
2. Gigi reserves the right to decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, or incomplete payment.
3. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, including your shipping address and payment details.

All payments are processed securely. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
Article 7 – Shipping and Delivery
1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
2. Delivery Time: Delivery times are approximate and depend on your location and availability of items. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation.
3. Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.
4. Customs and Import Duties: Any customs fees or import duties for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.
Gigi is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, customs, or factors outside our control.
Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
1. Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason (exept personalized or engraved pieces, they are final sale). To do so, please notify us by email at hello@verygigi.com, including your order details.
2. Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, and free from any damage. Personalized items or engraved jewelry cannot be returned.
3. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be issued within 14 days using your original payment method.
Article 9 – Warranty and Defects
1. Gigi provides a standard warranty of 6 months for all products against defects in materials and workmanship.
2. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper use or lack of care.
3. If a product is defective, please contact us immediately at hello@verygigi.com, including your order number, and a description of the issue. We may ask for photographs to assess the defect.
4. Gigi reserves the right to repair or replace defective items. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered.

Article 11 – Limitation of Liability
1. Gigi is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of products purchased from our online store, including loss of income, emotional distress, or other non-direct losses.
2. Gigi is not responsible for any delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in supply chains.

All content on the Gigi website, including images, designs, logos, text, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Gigi. Any reproduction or use of this content without our prior written consent is prohibited.
Article 13 – Complaints and Dispute Resolution
1. If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us at hello@verygigi.com. We will respond within 14 days and work to find a solution.
2. If we are unable to resolve a complaint through negotiation, Belgian law will apply, and the competent court in Mechelen will have jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising in connection with purchases from Gigi’s website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.
